1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lenful website and services. Lenful is a brand of Lenful Group Joint Stock Company, a company registered in Vietnam ("Lenful", "we", "us").

By creating a Lenful account or using any Lenful service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the services. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://lenful.com/page/terms-conditions. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page, and your continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

"Services" means the products, tools and fulfilment services made available by Lenful, including any features added later.

"Seller" or "you" means the individual or business that holds a Lenful account.

"Sales Channel" means any third-party e-commerce platform or marketplace — such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce — that a Seller connects to Lenful for the purpose of order fulfilment.

"Buyer" means the end customer who purchases a Seller's product through a Sales Channel.

3. Eligibility

The Services are available only to persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and can enter into legally binding contracts. The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Services.

4. Use Restrictions

These Terms grant you access to a service, not a licence to any software. You may not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, ideas or algorithms of the Services or any related software, documentation or data; modify, translate or create derivative works of them; copy, distribute, pledge, assign, transfer or encumber any rights in them, except for archival purposes; use them for time-sharing, service bureau purposes or for the benefit of a third party; or remove any proprietary notice or label.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content. We claim no ownership of the designs, artwork or other content you provide. It remains yours. You grant Lenful a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you — that is, to produce, package and ship the items you order. This licence ends when you remove the content from your account, except where we must retain records to complete an order already in production or to comply with law.

Your representations. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to provide the content you upload, that the content is accurate, and that our production of it will not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. Lenful accepts no liability for content supplied by you or by any third party.

Names and marks. We will not use your store name, trademarks, service marks or logos to promote Lenful without your prior written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

6. Sales Channel Integrations

Connecting a Sales Channel to your Lenful account is optional. Where a connection is available, it is authorised by you through that platform's own official authentication process.

When a Sales Channel is connected, Lenful accesses only the data required to fulfil your orders: shop details, order identifiers, purchased items, quantities, buyer shipping address and order status.

Lenful does not create, edit, publish or delete listings on your store. Lenful does not contact your buyers on your behalf. Lenful does not use Sales Channel data for marketing, advertising, analytics, machine learning or artificial intelligence training, and does not sell or share it other than with service providers bound to confidentiality who help us operate the fulfilment service.

You may disconnect a Sales Channel at any time from your Lenful account or by revoking access from the platform itself, and you may request deletion of the associated data by writing to [email protected]. You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any Sales Channel you connect.

7. Order Processing and Production

Our business hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+7 on working days. The daily cut-off for order submission and payment is 5:00 PM GMT+7; orders received after that time are processed on the next working day. If you need urgent processing for an order submitted after the cut-off, notify our support team in advance.

Production begins only once all required order information has been completed and verified, including buyer details, design files and payment.

Orders may be cancelled while they remain in Pending status. If an order has moved to Pick or Processing status, contact our support team so we can check its actual production status; we will cancel it if production has not yet started. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping

Delivery times vary by product, production facility and shipping method. Transit to the United States typically takes 12 to 20 working days, and may take 21 to 30 days depending on carrier performance, customs processing and other factors outside our control. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch, and longer during peak periods.

Shipments may occasionally be delayed, held by customs or returned to sender. Where a shipment is lost or returned through no fault of the Buyer, Lenful will reproduce and reship the order at our own cost. Base production cost is not refunded in these cases, as carriers do not compensate us for the loss. Our full policy is set out in our Refund and Resend Policy.

We recommend keeping your buyers informed of shipping status to avoid disputes.

9. Support

Our seller support channel is [email protected] and is monitored during business hours. We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenful disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

DISCLAIMER: THE LENFUL APPLICATION AND ITS INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED SOLELY BY LENFUL GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS APPLICATION, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND GIVE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE APPLICATION OR ANY DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT. THE SAME APPLIES TO THE OPERATOR OF ANY OTHER SALES CHANNEL.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lenful and its suppliers and affiliates accept no responsibility for your use of the website, software or Services and will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or special damages, including loss of use, business interruption, loss of data, loss of profits or lost revenue, whether claimed in tort, contract or on any other legal or equitable basis, and whether or not we were aware such damages were possible.
