Etsy Integration and Third-Party Platform Data

• Lenful offers an optional integration that allows sellers to connect their Etsy shop to our platform. This integration is used solely to synchronize order and sales data so that sellers can manage and fulfill their orders within Lenful. When you choose to connect your Etsy shop, you authorize the connection through Etsy's official OAuth authentication process, and you may revoke this access at any time from your Lenful account settings or from your Etsy account.
• Through the Etsy API, we access and read only the data necessary to provide this service, which includes your shop information and order details such as order identifiers, buyer shipping information, purchased items, quantities, and order status. We do not use the Etsy integration to create, modify, or delete your Etsy listings, and we do not send emails on your behalf.
• Any data obtained from Etsy is stored securely and used only to provide and improve the order synchronization and fulfillment services you request. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate these services and who are required to keep it confidential. You may request that we disconnect your Etsy shop and delete the associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
• We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others” rights, property, or safety.
• However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
• For clarity, the preceding statement does not apply to any data obtained through the Etsy integration. Data accessed from Etsy (including buyer shipping information and order details) is never used or shared for marketing, advertising, analytics, AI or machine learning training, or any other purpose, and is used solely to provide the order synchronization and fulfillment services you request.
