Sync orders from Shopify Store to Lenful

Connecting Shopify Store with Lenful will allow users to 2-way synchronize orders, manage lists, and fulfill orders from the Lenful system.

This blog will guide you through connecting your Shopify Store with Lenful and fulfilling your orders.

I. Set Up

From Lenful Seller Menu, click "Stores" > "Shopify".

Select Shopify Store, then click on "Detail".

Select "Setting" in the submenu.

Settings:

• Sync Order Automatically: Orders will be automatically synced from your platform store to Lenful.
• Sync Tracking Automatically: Tracking will be automatically synced from Lenful to your platform.
• Automatically Send Tracking Number: The Lenful system will automatically send tracking update email to customers whenever new tracking number is available.
• Automatically Sending Delayed Tracking Number Emails: Automatically email customers if tracking numbers are delayed after a period of time.

II. Synchronize orders from Shopbase to Lenful

1. Automatic synchronization

Please enable the "Sync Order Automatically" setting if you want orders to be automatically synced to Lenful every time a new order is created in your Shopify Store.

2. Manual synchronization

Access "Orders" in the submenu, select the order that user wants to synchronize, click on the sync action. So the order has been synchronized to Lenful.

Note:

• If orders are not synced, check to see if the order has been synced before.

3. Check your order

From Lenful Seller Menu, click "Orders".

Please add the corresponding item information, design and payment for the synced order.

III. Synchronize Order Tracking from Lenful to Store Shopify Store

When your order is updated with the Tracking Number, it will be automatically synchronized to Shopify Store along with the corresponding order number / order ID.

Make sure the "Sync Tracking Automatically" setting is enabled.
